Listen, I know that things have been hard.

Everywhere I look, people are quitting and giving up on their dreams. Hey -- there are so many people quitting their jobs that there are two names for it -- "The Great Resignment" and "Quiet Quitting." If you need a pause, take a pause.

But don't give up on yourself or your dreams. Just don't.

Everyday Kindness is on a break.

We started Everyday Kindness in 2017 as a way of shifting the conversation back to something more genuine and real. For the last few years, we've tried to support, inspire, and encourage everyone to be more kind.

It's time for us to take a break. We are not sure when we'll be back.

There are a lot of people who talk and teach about kindness now. The best of the best is the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation @rakfoundation We encourage you to continue your study of kindness with them.

Everyday Kindness is taking a break

Hi people!

Thank you for participating in the Everyday Kindness project. I started this project as a way to divert the conversation away from the conflict and toward our innate kindness.

Today, I find myself in need of some kindness myself.

I'm closing the Everyday Kindness project for the next two weeks.

Right now, I hope to return to it in the new year. But I make no guarantees.
