Everyone I interact with seems to be struggling now. Whether it's the virus, emotional issues, family issues, or the crazy politics, people are in pain. The kindest thing you can do right now is say: I am listening. Be kind. Listen. And if you are suffering, find someone who will listen to you. They are out there. #EverydayKindness

"Go jump in a lake!" In the heat of summer, this is a great suggestion. Or maybe not. Wait, what?
Now more than ever, it's important that we ask people what they mean. Maybe they are suggesting you take a trip to a mountain lake and jump in the refreshing cool water. Maybe they are telling you to shut up.
Ask: "What do you mean?" with as much curiosity as you can muster.
Whatever you do, be kind. It makes all the difference. #EverydayKindness

There's a lot of crazy out there. Watching the worst of human behavior only grinds down our own peace of mind. Stop watching the madness. Find things that grow your sense of peace. Hold a peace in your mind and heart. Your life will blossom with kindness you are able to give and receive. #EverydayKindness
