Right now, people are trying to box us in with ideologies and "facts" that may or may not be facty. It's not hard to suddenly find yourself in a box. Now what? Take a break from social media, the news, read a good book, get out into nature, and breathe. When you feel grounded and more yourself, ask yourself what you believe to be true. Be kind. #EverydayKindness

2020 has been hard, very hard. For many of us, everything has changed in our lives. That's not to mention the riots and politics and rage and police shootings and the stupidity of so many things and the heat (or cold) and the drought (or rain/floods) and... Be patient. We are in the middle of the biggest time of change that we will see in our life times. Give it time. The world will be here when you return. #EverydayKindness

What is your healing power? What will it take for you to actually use it? Given all that's going on right now, there really isn't a bigger or better question. At the other end are individuals with the power to improve the health or smooth out the distortions in just one other person." Rob Brezney

Where are you growing? Where would you LIKE to grow? The winter is coming to the Northern Hemisphere and the hot, hot, hot summer for the Southern Hemisphere. Now is an excellent time to make plans to give yourself the gift of growth by learning something new. Be kind to you. You deserve it. #EverydayKindness
